Terms of use of summary statistics data

By uploading the summary statistics data, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1) Data requirements:

The data that I upload is the output of the summary statistics tool.
The data that I upload consist only of anonymised data. Uploading personal data, as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR, Art. 4) is not allowed. The output generated by the summary statistics tool can be considered anonymous data.
The data that I upload must be provided as a single compressed ZIP-file.

2) Objective:

I upload the data to the HBM data services website hosted by VITO with the aim to make them publicly available. To make the uploaded data publicly available the data will be shared with third parties.
I understand that making the data publicly available means the information will be accessible to anyone and may be used for various purposes.

I consent that my contact details may be processed by VITO and may be shared with third parties (including, but may be not limited to IPCHEM), solely for the purpose of verifying, clarifying, or addressing any issues related to the data I upload. My contact details will not be used for any other purposes.

*IPCHEM, the Information Platform for Chemical Monitoring, is a single access point of the European Commission, where EU authorities, national and regional authorities, and researcher scan find and share information about where chemicals are found and at which consentrations. It is structured into four modeuls, according to thematic areas: environmental monitoring, human biomonitoring, food and feed, and indoor air.
